Not only does Garry design each home, he works on site and provides support and assistance every step of the way to ensure your satisfaction. Garry Cox Homes have house and land packages available as well as land available for purchase.

A $16,000 purchase of land in Lake Albert in the early 1980’s provided the perfect foundation on which Garry Cox could establish his building career.

Then just 18 years old, the value of bricks and mortar was not lost on the Ganmain born master builder, who has since constructed hundreds of homes with the same foresight, innovation and attention to detail.

Winner of many industry awards, including the ACT/Southern NSW Display home of the year, Garry is a man of few words who prefers to let his workmanship do the talking.

Garry is a hands-on builder and is always on site to oversee every detail of the construction. From designing and drafting your plans to construction and landscaping, Garry is there for you.

Colour co-ordinating and working from home is almost as good as it gets for Debbie Cox.

Although it doesn’t come close to the satisfaction Debbie receives from clients’ smiles after taking them to the suppliers for the touch and feel experience of creating the look in their homes.

On call to answer any questions, the winner of the Riverina and ACT/Southern NSW Business Partner of the Year award says it’s all part of the service that she and Garry provide.
